The Struggle Was Real
I quit my job when I was 40. I came from the medical field and had no idea how to run a business. I knew I had to change my mindset if I was going to succeed. I had no clients and no one really knew who I was. I constantly thought “Who was I to be charging these high prices?” and “No one is going to buy!” were a few limiting beliefs that kept popping up.
I had launched my photography studio with big hopes and dreams, but struggled those first few years to attract clients and make ends meet. Imposter syndrome and self-doubt flooded my mind daily. Sometimes I didn't feel confident in my skills or that I deserved success. Fear of judgment also held me back at times from fully putting myself out there.
